It is living in the country, in the middle of San Antonio. There is abundant wildlife to include deer, foxes, red tail hawks, owls, and the like. Current Resident: Decordova is located in Granbury, TX. This is a gated community located on the outside of Granbury. This community was the safest I have felt in years. the ages range from newborn to grand parents and not once will you not feel included in this neighborhood. We have parades, memorial day parties, street dances, bingo, karaoke night, and so much more! While driving through the neighborhood you are filled with so much joy. Kids are at the park playing while couples are sitting on their porch drinking coffee. The families are all so close and are always looking out for each other. The community has gone above and beyond with the seniors in our community. They have made every senior feel very special and have been there for them all. I wouldn't change a single thing about Decordova, I just never want to leave. I have even considered coming back and building my family her in this neighborhood.... Read 2 reviews

Niche User: I honestly enjoy living in the Bullard area. The area is beautiful and the schools are excellent. If I had a choice I would have lived here from the beginning rather than move here in the 5th grade.The rural atmosphere is more enjoyable than the city life of Bryan, TX where I was born. Current Resident: Wonderful gated community! Perfect mix of families with young children, school aged kiddos, young couples & retirees. Outstanding facilities including immaculately kept 18 hole golf course, gym, adult pool, mixed use family pool, splash pad, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds & basketball court. Current Resident: It's a great place to live. My family has enjoyed being part of the Horseshoe Bay landscape for the past 15 years. We are looking forward to a healthy peaceful retirement with our grandchildren, when they finally arrive. It is kept friendly and very scenic. Moon light nights are the best. You can look up and clearly see the stars and constellations. The air is always fresh and clean. Great place for just taking a stroll in either the morning or late in the evening. I highly recommend coming out for a visit. It is not far from the world famous Blue Bonnet Café. You can enjoy the Lake Fest activities as seen on ESPN every summer at Lake LBJ.... Read 1 review

Current Resident: Woodway is a beautiful, oak tree-filled town on the outskirts of Waco, TX. We are also surrounded by other wonderful, small towns, which all come together to form one school district, which I think is the best around. We are in close proximity to anything we might need living here and surrounded by neighbors we love. Situated next to Lake Waco and having so many wooded areas, we often find families of deer in our yards! We also have road runners galore and even used to have a Road Runner Festival on Memorial weekend before Covid. I hope we get to have that again one day. We also have Carleen Bright Arboretum, which is a beautiful place to hike and see trees and flowers where people from all around enjoy nature, garden shows, and even get married. The community center is a major hub where so many of us got our start in sports - soccer, football, baseball, and vollyball. Current Resident: Hideaway is an amazing place to live. Not only does it share an outstanding school district with Lindale but it has a beach, poo, and multiple parks for your kids to grow up in. It is annoying having to call in people to the gate and the 25 miles and hour speed limit but other than that it is wonderful. My family moved into hideaway for the security and multiple opportunities it has to be engaged in the community such as the beach and clubhouse. Hideaway is filled with old residents but the new and young ones keep it live and well. It is gorgeous with its lush green gold course and three lakes to fish in. Perfect for everyone!!...
