Suburb in Ohio
Current Resident: We moved to Canfield Ohio from Central NJ in 2020. We have elementary school aged kids. After living her for two years I can confidently say that we made the best decision we could have for our family. This community has embraced our children and they are flourishing here. There is ALWAYS something to do in town or nearby. It’s a beautiful town and the surrounding areas are beautiful. We love to drive to nearby lakes and just soak in the scenery. We don’t miss Philadelphia, NYC, or the shore. We love it here.... Read 43 reviews

Former Resident: New Wilmington is a charming, small college town nestled in the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania between New Castle and Hermitage. Current Resident: I've lived here in Austintown, Ohio since I was 9 years old. Everyone in the neighborhood is extremely friendly, everyone kind of knows everyone, and the amount of kids to play with was impeccable! I had so many friends in the neighborhood and we always rode bikes together and played tag. A lot of us have since moved away for school and starting our lives but the neighborhood is still great. My house is a corner house, but my neighbors next door to us were extremely friendly and nice but sadly they both passed away. I love me neighborhood to this day!... Read 51 reviews

Current Resident: It's a great town to raise children in with many community events throughout the year. It is a safe environment and gives children an opportunity to make friends and have fun without worry. One of the things I would like to see change is the advancement of the school system. McDonald's schools are good, but they do not provide the same opportunities as some of the schools in surrounding areas. Overall, McDonald is far from perfect but it is absolutely a great place to live.... Read 4 reviews

Current Resident: I like the small-town feel of Hubbard. It is a tight-knit community with lots of amenities. If there are missing amenities in the city of Hubbard, they are easily accessible in nearby areas like Youngstown, OH or Warren, OH. It is also close enough to Cleveland and Pittsburgh where you can make a day trip to a large city. The schools in Hubbard are also very good. Both my children attend Hubbard public schools and enjoy their teachers and classmates very much. There are community sports leagues for every age and lot of parks that are well maintained to stay active.... Read 13 reviews
