Current Resident: This is more of a town rather a city. It has only one elementary (Public). There truly isn't much to it: Wood-bridge elementary, an Arco, Two places to dine and a motel. However most of woodbridge entails Vineyards and places to wine taste. Woodbridge is one of the wine capitals of the world. If your a high school student such as me then you take a 5 minute ride up the street to Lodi. infact woodbridge only has one fire station, not even a police station. Current Resident: I really enjoy living in Lathrop. I used to live in San Jose and there is a big difference here. It feels a lot homier, and the community is so nice and caring with one another. I enjoy being able to go out and go to the local stores like Target, or even the newly opened Sprouts. I really love how Lathrop is now opening more shops around the local area, which makes it so much easier to get the necessities. I really think Lathrop is great in everything they have to offer, but one thing I would change would maybe the spacing of the houses. I feel like the houses are a little too close and the roads are a bit narrow making it difficult if you encounter another vehicle. Overall, I think Lathrop is a great place to reside at.... Current Resident: Galt is a really beautiful area with areas sectioned by parks in between and tree areas. The community is very close-knitted and everyone is friendly to each other. I love how morning walk feel really nice, the weather is warm and the sun is barely coming out so you feel the nice breeze of the night with a slight sun hitting your face. The place is really nicely developed and the neighborhoods are all accepting, the special events bring life to the center of Galt and every person is smiling and giggling. The place is really one that deserves to be called home. You feel safe in your town and enjoy the few stores near your home. The walking distance from home to a park, business or public area are in clos proximity and a walking distance that when you walk gives you a sense of relief and release of everyday worries as you walk through shady areas and warm weather.... Current Resident: I have lived in Tracy for thirteen years. It is a rapidly growing city as it is more known now, and very family friendly. With that, it is becoming less affordable for new families and the Real Estate Market is excellent now in result. I attended a K-8 elementary school and a high school in my thirteen years there. The public schools are overall great in Tracy and there is many for each neighborhood. The crime has definitely been increasing and the safety has been decreasing, especially at night. The biggest pro in the city is the diversity. There is so much diversity and especially in schools. In my experience, I grew up learning so many different cultures and bits of languages through many friends. The most popular complaint you will hear from anyone who lives in Tracy, is that there is not much to do. Current Resident: Stockton has a bad reputation when it comes to safety. Stockton is considered one of the most dangerous cities in California and the USA. I can say that their assumptions about Stockton are true in some cases, but not in all. I've grown up in Stockton and as a resident of this city, I can tell you that it is not as dangerous as you think. Stockton is like any other city; having dangerous parts of the city, and then there being safe parts of the city. I've never experienced any dangerous situation in Stockton. There's a sense of community in this place that I call home. The natural beauty of Stockton is not pretty though. You can see the amount of littering in the streets and even in the empty fields. There are also a ton of homeless people in this place but they are rarely a problem. I've seen the homeless having their own community. Current Resident: Lockeford is a very small rural town in Central/Northern California. We are surrounded by vineyards, wineries and many different types of orchards varying from walnuts, almonds, cherries, apples, and pecans. We definitely have that country town feeling, with the town only being 8.37 square miles everyone pretty much knows everyone, we all know our neighbors. We are known for our sausage company that makes the famous Lockeford Sausages. We are a town that cares for our small community and everyone in it. Whenever anyone is in need we all try to pitch in and give help to those in the community that need it.
