Current Resident: The location is perfect for me, liked it so much that I bought a place here after my 1st year in Winter Park. It’s really the intersection of College Park, Downtown Orlando, Audubon Park, Mills 50, Park Lake & Winter Park come together… you can access all these areas by bike 🚴, scooter 🛴, walking 🚶‍♀️ & 🚘 Just pick an option (Lime it) and go. The city 🌃 did a great job with the Urban Trail upgrade & the crosswalks are modern and make driving my last option. It’s easy to stroll on the trail up to Lake Ivanhoe to just chill/picnic, play in the park, exercise, meditate, or play beach volleyball! If it’s the weekend then small markets, brunch, breweries, bakeries, grocery stores, world class restos (Mills 50/Virginia & Orange Ave) are a quick trip away! I like Santiago’s Bodega HH, been awhile but they do‘em late late ⏰ I can keep on going here but don’t have to take my word for it! Just check it out sometime (go for a weekend brunch)!!... Current Resident: Centrally located mere minutes from The Milk District, Mills 50 District, Audubon Park and Baldwin Park we enjoy the wide variety of unique restaurants, bars and shops in the area. The wide bike/pedestrian path along Bumby makes travel by bike to any of these nearby locales a fun trip out in the neighborhood. Downtown is just a 7 minute drive away (not on I-4 either!), so it's easy for work commuting or just going downtown to enjoy the nightlife.... Read 1 review

Current Resident: An absolutely gorgeous quaint town with such a wide variety of things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars to visit, and parks to walk or bike to. Incredibly family friendly, safe, and quiet. This is, in my opinion, one of the best places to live in Orlando, Florida. You get the benefit of the suburb type lifestyle with family friendly neighborhoods & safe environments but you're also in walking or biking distance to major downtown areas like Winter Park or Ivanhoe. Additionally, College Park has it's own downtown area with an ever growing list of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops! In terms of commute, College Park is close to the major road ways including I4 yet you don't have to deal with the traffic associated with being too close. Current Resident: Multimillion dollar condos and luxury apartments, all in the most walkable neighborhood in Orlando. Lake Eola, Publix, dozens of restaurants, this is Orlando's best kept secret. Current Resident: This small, historic neighborhood has to be one of the best, if not the best neighborhoods! Brick streets, beautiful historic homes, very walkable with friendly neighbors. Several families have multiple generations living in the neighborhood. Walk to A+ public schools. Limited drive through traffic due to the beautiful lake that many streets dead end. Current Resident: Baldwin Park proper is very nice. Not particularly affordable if you have a large family. Easy commute if you work downtown. Lots of parks and walking paths. Extremely walkable. Close to lots of great restaurants. We'll miss that about Baldwin Park. We're moving to Horizon West for two reasons: First, the schools may have been good in the past but our kids had a poor experience at Glenridge Middle School. The second reason we're moving is that some of the areas immediately surrounding Baldwin Park are not the greatest. This occasionally bleeds into Baldwin Park.... Read 11 reviews

Current Resident: Park Lake/Highland is a hidden gem and it is quickly becoming a colorful neighborhood. Commuting is a breeze with multiple outlets to I-4, Downtown Orlando and Winter Park. Current Resident: Lake Nona is an excellent place to live and work in. It is known as the Medical City because it hosts a variety of hospitals. Current Resident: I love my neighborhood, especially on Tuesdays where there is food truck Tuesdays and the community gets together. Knowing your neighbors is very important and this little get together makes it all the more special. Current Resident: My neighborhood Winter Park Pines is beautiful and so safe. We are surrounded by great neighbors and so much stuff to do. Everything is within a 10 minute drive and very easy to find. Our neighborhood also has an entire athletic park right around the corner including football field, soccer field, baseball and softball fields, swimming pool, a whole gym, and a track area. There is also a walking/biking path in our neighborhood too that leads right to our friends apartments in Baldwin Park! I don’t have enough good things to say about our neighborhood....
