Current Resident: 5 SEASON MADISON, AL . CONDOS --GREAT LOCATION and MADISON SCHOOL DISSTRICT. Careful when buying "townhome" or "townhouse" you may end up buying an overpriced condo. Also, check on local HOA, 5 TH SEASON condo HOA charges $300 per month! Some condos on the app say "built in 1984"-- untrue, in reality, it was built in 1973. ALL condos multiple repairs needed, with HOA to "cover" the outside of the structure's dry rot. Nothing is covered! Where those $300 monthly (times 60 units) go, is a mystery. ((not really, HOA is strongly opposes any AUDIT of the budget. Seeing medium age is 40 years old, NOT TRUE for our neighborhood, most of our neighbors are 65 and over. Stay AWAY from 5Th SEASONS! Many units are rented, native to the neighborhood are over 65 and they are HOA, they wont let anyone younger on HOA board. No HOA ceiling, every year HOA fees go by $50, to mow your 7 feet lawn ones per month, that's it! $300 per month!... Read 235 reviews

Current Resident: I love that Huntsville has somewhere for every type of person. If you enjoy being outdoors, you can visit the Huntsville Botanical Garden or Big Spring Park. Current Resident: I love New Market. It is a small town mainly with farmland. I love how you can actually see the stars when you look up at night. There is rarely any commotion in the area. Though I do rate it 4 stars because of the post office. They are constantly getting things wrong, not leaving packages because there's a dog outside or simply giving us the wrong mail. They have gotten better but it still isn't wonderful. The post office is not open at good times either. It closes at 4pm! I struggle to rush out of the school parking lot in order to stop in before it closes. Often times you have to have a parent leave work early to get a package they didn't deliver.... Read 10 reviews

Current Resident: One thing I enjoy about Trinity is that is close to Decatur, AL without being in the city. It is a perfect suburbian area. Current Resident: Best place to raise a young family or start your career. Similar in nature to Decatur, GA's relationship to ATL. Decatur has all of the desirable amenities, shopping, and dining with a slower pace of life and safer community compared to big city Huntsville next door. Little to no crime in Decatur. Any amenities that Decatur does not have, you can find in Huntsville which is only a 20-minute drive away. It's the perfect relationship! Accessibility to nature and the outdoors is amazing-I can leave my office and be on my boat within 10 minutes. Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge encompasses the Southern edge of the city and has many well-kept trails and great access to watch wildlife. Lots of free community events for kids and young professionals. AMAZING historic downtown area that is growing rapidly! Current Resident: Woodville is a very small town, and very close people. Everyone knows everyone. It gives you a very cozy feeling. It being so small, does not give many job opportunities, but it has some good ones. It has a nice school, which holds grades k-12, because there is not many students. The neighborhoods are pretty close to one another and pretty close to the school, some within walking distance. It has a few good hometown restaurants, and five minutes down the road a Dollar General next to the highway. I have really enjoyed living here the past seventeen years.... Read 2 reviews

Current Resident: I like paint Rock because is a small quite town. People are really nice and welcoming and warming. Their is a river right across the street where during the summers we love to go kayaking and see the Beautiful scenery. If I could change one thing about paint rock it would be that we need a full time dumpster at the end of the road for all the residents to have somewhere to Dispose of their trash Properly instead of burning in it or bearing it.
