Current Resident: I love the historic feel of uptown, the restaurants on Broadway, whitewater rafting down the Chattahoochee River, Ziplining at Zip-the-Hooch and just strolling on the river walk. Columbus is rich with history and has a little bit of the old mix with the new. It boasts one of the largest military bases at Ft. Benning and one of the best Opera houses in the region. Columbus is definitely the place to live!

Current Resident: Cusseta is a little town that is very quiet. I love that everyone is friendly and tries to help everyone else out. I wish that the town would develop a little more to entice more people to move here. It is close to a military base which makes it even more patriotic than most towns.

Current Resident: Smiths Station is a small town. It's rather quite boring, but it's home. There are rarely any job opportunities. The public schools in Smiths Station are excellent! It's a peaceful place to live. Great place to raise a family!

There are so many amazing lakes to relax and enjoy some coffee out on your porch and enjoy the marvelous sunsets and sunrise. But wouldn't you want to have a little fun? I would think so! You can swish the waves while riding an epic jet ski, go fishing, go fishing, and even go tubing! Afterwards, you can gather around and enjoy a cozy campfire and make some delicious s'mores! Alabama may not be the most biggest city, but it sure is nice, warming, hometown to stay in.
