Current Resident: Quaint and friendly town with the perfect mix of conveniences (great grocery, hardware, trades, auto parts, shops, activities, etc.), yet a small town feel. So convenient to top-notch outdoor activities (fly fishing, skiing, hiking, horseback and bike riding, etc.). Not crowded, yet growing and vibrant. Like proximity to other towns and activities (like Victor). Western side of Tetons = no crushing crowds, car/trailer conga lines, easy access to trails and parks. Low cost of living, but housing costs are rising. We love it here and have recently purchased a small farm. We love the warmth of the town and people, and hope to fit right in without changing a thing.... Read 7 reviews

Niche User: If you blink while passing through, you just might miss it. A post office, elementary school, gas station, two bars, a small number of local businesses, and a mormon church (ubiquitous in this area) mark the town, with a concentration of houses on either side of main street, behind the "business sector," and houses trickling out in veins for miles out. You could blink, or you could stop by the Badger Creek Cafe, look inside the little furniture store, donate to the brand new library budding up near the park. You could blink. Or you could spend a lovely afternoon in lovely little Tetonia.... Read 1 review
