Current Resident: I love the small town atmosphere. The people are friendly and wonderful, the town is small but robust. I like the few eateries that it has. The housing development is constantly growing and the schools are top notch. It is a quiet living place where morals are valued and old school ways are appreciated. I would recommend anyone living here other than the fact that I don't want it to grow too much. They have a grocery store, library, clothing store, post office, banks and several churches to choose from. There is a solid sports atmosphere that allows everyone to know each other as well as look out for each other. There are also activities all summer long. There is a feel of safety and belonging.... Nearby Resident: Haven is a very nice town. The people in the small town of Haven are very supportive of one another. The schools there provide excellent education for children of all ages. The high school also has success is athletics and that is something that the community as well as USD #312 takes pride in. The town is only 15 miles away from Hutchinson where they can do grocery shopping and about 20 miles away from Maize where there are also opportunities to shop. The town of Haven itself has a Dollar General, a Kwik Shop, a couple car dealerships, as well as a few banks, a hair salon, and also a gym. The town is small but still has a lot to offer and is not too far away from places to buy groceries and go shopping. If you are looking for a safe, small town, Haven is a great place to be!...
