Current Resident: we just moved to Greenville NC 2 months ago from New York, and i am so happy we found this place, i love how everything i need from supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations, restaurants, movie theatre, hospitals, urgent care and more so close to me! the convenience is incomparable to our NY life! roads not congested, i don't miss being stuck in traffic for 45- 1 hour in NY! we go to outer banks, wilmington river walk and washington river walk on weekends, yea it's almost 2 hours drive bit it feels short coz the drive is easy and no traffic, compared to going to Jones beach in NY though its only an hour away but it will take us 3-4 hours bcoz of traffic. so the review of nothing to do here is incorrect! Current Resident: Farmville is a great small town to live in. With all the different small shops in downtown Farmville to go to you will always be able to find the perfect thing that you are looking for. Some great things about Farmville is that the elementary, middle, and high school are all on the same street. Current Resident: Grifton is a small town located in North Carolina. I grew up in Grifton my entire life. What I like most about this town is the small niche community. With everyone being familiar with one another, it's like we all are family. In addition, I would like to see some things change about the town of Grifton. Since there is an elementary and middle school downtown, there should be more things for the kids to do to occupy time after school. Grifton has a lot of vacant buildings and those buildings should be put to use for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Growing up in Grifton taught me how to be dependable and I appreciate that.... Current Resident: Ayden is a great town. They do a lot for their community. They have many parades, the local businesses are all about our community, hosting a lot events for the residents including the local bakery working with the local police station to host coffee with a cop for the children, reading events at the library and so much more.
