Current Resident: Milaca is one of those towns that you would see in a holiday hallmark movie. It's ironically tiny and everyone is always in each other's business. The one thing hallmark movies forgot to add is how annoying this can be. One person's misfortune will be the town's gossip for the next month, and you might never live it down. On the other hand those hallmark movies nailed the sense of townspeople pride and family ways. Since we are so involved with others' lives we become a huge family. One trip down a dirt road and you'll end up waving to half the people you know. To other people this might seem boring but to be it's basically heaven on earth. Family is something you should never take for granted and always welcome. Milaca may be a town but it holds a huge place in our hearts.... Read 12 reviews

Current Resident: Pretty quiet town. Half the town knows everyone and the other half keeps to themselves. We're a population of 623, so we're not that big, but we're friendly. Our firefighters are very involved in the town and can often be found hanging around the fire hall waiting for someone to talk to. Current Resident: The town is very small and tightly strung together. Most people will go out of their way for others and help when in need. Although with this town being close to a Native American Reservation there is a lot of controversy between cultures. The school within the small town is constantly being torn into two racial groups instead of being united in equality. The small towns within Onamia are usually barely clinging on to their finances and businesses usually come and go from main street. The people within have an abundance of potential as long as they don't get into the drugs that also plague the town.
