Current Resident: Decordova is located in Granbury, TX. This is a gated community located on the outside of Granbury. This community was the safest I have felt in years. the ages range from newborn to grand parents and not once will you not feel included in this neighborhood. We have parades, memorial day parties, street dances, bingo, karaoke night, and so much more! While driving through the neighborhood you are filled with so much joy. Kids are at the park playing while couples are sitting on their porch drinking coffee. The families are all so close and are always looking out for each other. The community has gone above and beyond with the seniors in our community. They have made every senior feel very special and have been there for them all. I wouldn't change a single thing about Decordova, I just never want to leave. I have even considered coming back and building my family her in this neighborhood.... Read 2 reviews

Current Resident: Pecan Plantation is a wonderful neighborhood that is a safe and fun place to live. There are many neighborhood activities to take part in and they really focus on charitable activities as well. I believe this is key to living in any community, because the goal should be to make it a better place than when you first arrived. Current Resident: Granbury is such a neat little Texas town! It is chalk full of activities for all ages. It is best known for the fun adventures on the lake and the square. The square offers people a chance to socialize, dine, and shop! The opera house was established in 1886 and is one of the main attractions of the square. Just off of the square is the Granbury city park and beach. The Brazos river runs throughout the entire town. Boating on a hot summer day never disappoints! Current Resident: Friendly Texas town. Wide open space. The gas station is the central hub, in the mornings that's were you find all the farmers talking about the weather, agriculture life, politics, and kids. Friday night football the entire town can be found in the stands. Housing market is competitive and a bit overpriced, but it's where everyone wants to be. Not to city but not backwoods either just a short commute to town, about 20 minutes and just an hour from the city. School system is top notch with educators who treat your kids as family....
