Current Resident: Clinton Is known or retirement friendly city,but it isn’t much more than that. The school system is great and a 95%+ graduation rate. I attended the Clinton public school oil system and went to a 4 year college on an academic scholarship. Is not that big of a town so it’s very friendly because you know your neighbors and friends that live nearby you. The variety of fast food restaurants are very nice. Current Resident: Raymond is a very quiet town in Mississippi, located southwest of the capitol city of Jackson. It is a family-oriented town, where the residents display southern hospitality to everyone. The crime rate in Raymond is very low. I have lived in Raymond all of my life and love every minute of it. The overall atmosphere of the town is peaceful and calm. Raymond prides itself on being "Mississippi's best kept secret". The school system embraces the culture of family and recognizes the entire community as being a part of Ranger Nation. Current Resident: Byram is a quaint small town outside of the hustle and bustle of the Metro/Jackson area (state capital). Mix of small businesses & convenience of larger chains. Neighborhoods are great! Area offers a few apartment properties, retirement centers, clean & well managed laundry facility, a farmers market, and plenty of friendly residence. Several quick eateries & a few dine-in. I had very good experiences while attending Gary Road Elementary, Gary Road Intermediate, and Byram Middle School. High school however is located in the neighboring town of Terry. The Mayor is a down-to-earth caring family man (Richard White). The Police Department is outstanding. Byram also prides in their annual Swinging Bridge festival which includes a car show, along with the annual 5k run. Byram has it's historic Swinging Bridge and also a small park with a few sports fields and space for walking. I have lived in Byram for about 11 years. The town truly has a warm welcoming feel. Current Resident: Terry, Mississippi is my hometown. It is full of small, diverse neighborhoods that thrive on being tight-knit. The local stores, gown shops, barber shops, gas stations and even the snocone stand are all interconnected by the people that fuel this cozy town. Current Resident: My experience is I lived in Utica for 17 years, and we barely have anything to do in Utica, its kind of deserted and we barely see in people, and its one elementary/middle school that I went to for K-8th grade,and we have a few stores and a few resturants and the food is good and the stores have very good business....
