Current Resident: Since moving to Dyer, TN in August of 2017, everyone has been very helpful to us. My husband and I purchased a foreclosure home and have been putting a lot of money into it. We moved here because it is normally a warmer climate. He had neck surgery a few years ago and the colder weather is painful. He is on social security disability and is on a lower fixed income. I am finishing my masters degree in social work by taking online classes while working at Walmart for flexibility in hours in order to complete my final internship. I love Dyer, and even though this winter is the coldest it has been here in a long time, it has been a pleasant area to live with wonderful people.... Read 13 reviews
