Everything is ~15-20 minutes away (driving) in either direction, which makes it convenient enough for us to do our shopping, and also provides us with a nice little drive. The neighborhoods are pleasant, and there are plenty of farms around that offer fun options such as sunflower picking, pumpkin picking, hayrides, etc. We attended our first Frederick Fair this year as well, and there were so many animals and interesting projects from school children to view! Current Resident: I have lived in this town since I was 3 days old! It has always been a quaint little village with very slow but steady growth. Just last summer, we had a new library built! It was very exciting to see our community finally get what we've been wanting for decades. The best part is that a part of our history is preserved- the original trolley car from the old trolley system was restored and placed in the library for all to see!
