There isn't a lot other than a few fast-food restaurants and a restaurant here and there. Things are easy to commute to. Have everything you need around the block. Crime rates if any are low. Current Resident: Advance has been our home for over eight years now. We have everything we need within a mile or two from our home. Medical care as well as dental.Two chain pharmacies are also here as well as restaurants, supermarkets, ABC store, hardware store, bakery, veterinary care and boarding for your pets. Schools are something we cannot comment on but I am sure they are great. A park is also nearby for hiking, swimming, horseback riding. There is a soccer field nearby as well. Our neighbors are friendly. Its no wonder why when a property goes on the market, it sells quickly.... Read 14 reviews
