Current Resident: I love Chesterbrook. It is such an awesome community! The schools are great and the people here are lovely and nice. There are so many opportunities here such as jobs. The communities are very diverse and I find it very family friendly. Thought the pricing here is a little expensive, it is definitely worth it! Chesterbrook schools include Conestoga High School, and TE Middle School, both are great public schools and ranked fairly high in the country. The school system is great, commute into Philly on the Septa is super convenient. Area feels safe and ha a great selection of local bars and restaurants. With I think the biggest shopping mall in the US 10 mins away and yet you are living in a leafy suburb and can go walking and running around the beautiful streets. I have meet my best friend who lives just down the street from me, and through her, I’ve been able to meet many other kids in the Malvern area. All of my friends’ parents have become my “second family”, as there is such a family-friendly community here. I’ve also had the honor of babysitting younger kids whose families have moved here over time. I’ve been able to out myself in the kids’ shoes, as I was once the “new kid” in Malvern. Current Resident: Something I've always loved about London Britain township is the closeness of everyone. Complete strangers talk to each other as if they were next-door neighbors. This close community leads to many friends and familiar faces all over. This leads to a very safe feeling community and very kind, confident young adults such as myself. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of young people around me, I live in the part of the town that older people live. This comes with many advantages, I've found that older people are easy to talk too and give amazing advice. If I had to change something about my town id have to say a town center or place everyone could meet up, there isn't a lot to do in London Britain township its all houses and peaceful trails, a local store and a small church but that's all. Current Resident: East Pikeland is a gem. We moved here from closer to the city and never looked back. The French Creek is a major draw along with the New Bryn Coed Preserve for experiencing the nature. You can visit one of the many covered bridges or have a great meal at the Kimberton Inn. If you want some nightlife, swing over to Phoenixville. It is the edge of society. The only issue was have is with the school, specifically the board. The board appears to be more interested in their agendas than what is right for the kids, but the educators and facilities are top notch. I am not quite sure why Niche has the crime listed as a C+ after it being well below area and national averages. You cannot overlook the many local eateries that serve locally grown products or the many farms and of course the original Kimberton Whole Fools.... Read 5 reviews
