Albany #14 Best Places to Live in Albany County
Current Resident: I enjoy the small sense of community offered by Albany. It fills my heart with a unique delicate warmth. Especially during these times, the motivation to cherish relationships declines as we keep focusing on ourselves to mentally survive in this dangerous world. Therefore, even the most minimal smiles you are granted in the small capital can feel like a blessing. Also, despite its small size, I find Albany to be a comfortable living space with plenty of spaces for entertainment and relaxation. Albany has lush parks, invigorating malls, trendy fashion stores, and so much more. The city should definitely not be underestimated for its small size. Everyone tries to make each other feel as welcome as possible, which is why I am so fortunate to be living in this friendly part of New York. Whether it be ice skating at the Egg with my friends, walking through Downtown Albany, or simply just enjoying the fresh air, Albany offers everything to make each of its residents truly feel at home.
