Current Resident: I love my neighborhood, especially on Tuesdays where there is food truck Tuesdays and the community gets together. Current Resident: I have lived in Zellwood my entire life and I have never had any problems with the community. I love that at our local community center there is a church, a park, a garden, and nearby stores. I would love for a more volunteer based program to maybe help with the garden or other jobs.... Current Resident: I like that Chuluota is a small town, its very peaceful here. The crime is minimal, and very friendly. Every tries to help each other out even if they aren't your neighbors. The town is quiet, with no heavy traffic noises at night. My husband grew up here and his grandfather helped build this town up, so we have a lot of history in this town. The thing I would improve about this town is to add drainage in the streets to help avoid flooding. I would also like them to add sidewalks for the safety of kids and dogs walking and playing. There is a really good mini store here, with a very friendly owner. He holds events during holidays for all residents. The VFW has plenty of entertainment including Bingo and Sunday breakfast. We also have a lovely peaceful park a couple miles down the road from us with a beautiful lake to kayak, swim or fish in. I would like the county to make some improvements that I mentioned earlier to help make this a better place, more like an update... Read 9 reviews

Current Resident: The neighborhoods of Williamsburg are very old white dominated, but as the years pass more and more people of different ethnicities move in and increase the culture of the area. There are many community centers around the area and they all have socials to include everyone in the neighborhoods. Also, they recycle and have biodegradable dog waste bags, with a good focus on the environment. However, most of the roads get sped through and there is constant construction going on, therefore, it takes time to get to work or school, and you definitely need to look both ways before crossing the street. Current Resident: Centrally located mere minutes from The Milk District, Mills 50 District, Audubon Park and Baldwin Park we enjoy the wide variety of unique restaurants, bars and shops in the area. The wide bike/pedestrian path along Bumby makes travel by bike to any of these nearby locales a fun trip out in the neighborhood. Current Resident: An absolutely gorgeous quaint town with such a wide variety of things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars to visit, and parks to walk or bike to. Incredibly family friendly, safe, and quiet. This is, in my opinion, one of the best places to live in Orlando, Florida. You get the benefit of the suburb type lifestyle with family friendly neighborhoods & safe environments but you're also in walking or biking distance to major downtown areas like Winter Park or Ivanhoe. Additionally, College Park has it's own downtown area with an ever growing list of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops! In terms of commute, College Park is close to the major road ways including I4 yet you don't have to deal with the traffic associated with being too close. Current Resident: We have recently moved to the Lake Nona area in the past year. Everything is located within a short distance from each other. Lake Nona is an upscale, growing community on the southeast side of Orlando. It is the home of the new USTA National tennis complex and Medical City with both Nemours Children's Hospital and the Veteran's Administration Hodpital. Our schools in the Lake Nona area are A rated! Current Resident: This small, historic neighborhood has to be one of the best, if not the best neighborhoods! Brick streets, beautiful historic homes, very walkable with friendly neighbors. Several families have multiple generations living in the neighborhood. Walk to A+ public schools. Limited drive through traffic due to the beautiful lake that many streets dead end. Current Resident: I love living in Oakland. It's a great small town with beautiful old oak trees all over and a great bike trail. Access to the highway system is very conveniently located and you can be just about anywhere in Orlando within 30 minutes. Being located right in between Winter Garden and Clermont is a huge plus as well.
