    Featured Review: Current Resident says Lots of families. It’s a lot of diverse families. Seems to be trending as a neighborhood for people leaving the city or Hoboken. It is just on the cliff over Hoboken so easy access. Friendly mostly. Our neighbors at worst keep to themselves. It’s walkable. Decent for riding a bike too. There’s lots of neighborhood things going on. There are a number of parks with many events and sports for kids. Riverview park has a farmers market for half the year. Central ave is, well, the central avenue. Lots of local shops and many ethnic foods and grocers. The trash is awful though. It’s my biggest complaint about the neighborhood. I can deal with dangerous drivers but the trash is really sad to see when you walk out of your home. It’s a combination of...Getting into the city is pretty easy..

Even giving him town payed...Having lived in NYC and North Jersey before moving here, I was surprised they called this 'Urban' in the rating, it defiantly is much more classic suburbia. Most of the streets are small and winding...There is a flock of wild turkeys living in the nearby woods and deer and other animals are not an unusual site.There are malls nearby and the Town Library (which is first rate) is just across Kings Hw (not a 'highway', just named that) with pedestrian traffic lights to make it reachable by foot.During Cov19, with many people checking up on each other and always giving (safe distance) waves as walking and bike riding is very popular..
