Current Resident: Its a nice little small town outside of Atlanta. There are plenty of parks that are family friendly, especially for kids. Current Resident: Jefferson city is where I reside in and have grown up at. It is just a simple small town that has quickly expanded in 4-5 years due to the excellent school system. Everyone is so friendly and feel just like family. There are so many small businesses (which are my absolute favorite) My family and I love supporting others in the community. Current Resident: Although Commerce is a little out in the country, it is a very beautiful and quiet town. It is so peaceful and everyone you meet is super friendly and inviting. We are only about an hour to Black Rock Mountain State park, and very close by to other state parks. We are also close to Athens. The City of Commerce holds different events year around to bring the community together. For example, our firefighters recently had a Chicken BBQ to raise money, we had a tree lighting ceremony for Christmas, and AMAZING fireworks for the Fourth of July. Current Resident: Hoschton is a well developed community. The streets and roads are frequently cleaned off of minimal trash by good civilians. There are plentiful groceries, restaurants, and malls in this area. It is always so pleasant to walk into welcoming and refined business stores. There are just as much local businesses as corporate. The school system in Hoschton is highly valued, with competitive learners. School in this area, is an encouraging and safe environment. Neighborhoods are plentiful, new and old, all homes have beautiful, well maintained outdoors presentation. It is a very safe environment for children to be playing out in yards or at the local parks. While Hoschton is an up and coming area, this increases the amount of traffic, but only by 5-10 minutes. Overall, a very refined yet friendly community!... Read 21 reviews

Current Resident: I love Pendergrass because it is a rural and close community. I live on a farm with horses, secluded from busy roads, overlooking the vast forest and mountains. It is a place to get away yet still has the perfect location to drive else where to eat, shop, ect. For example, it is an easy drive to Gainsevile, Buford, Braselton, Athens, and only an hour drive to Atlanta when you feel like going downtown! Pendergrass is where I have grown up and hope to stay. Current Resident: I am from NC and lived where the roads were always congested and complete stop and go traffic to get through city lights. Living in Nicholson has been so ideal and commutable for class, work, family, shopping and so much more. i sit right in between to bypasses so it is easy to hop on the road and drive without stop and go. So much land and so much to see and live, its still a growing a area but i have started to dig my roots and plan to stay locally.
