Current Resident: The community is generally very welcoming and kind. The town itself is pretty with a good amount of green spaces and trees. There are plenty of parks with beautiful trails within walking distance of my house. Many parks have multiple playgrounds very suitable and safe for children. Many parks also have public basketball and tenis courts. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a comfortable distance from home. The roads throughout the town are very large; however, even with this traffic can still be heavy. Flower Mound is not super pedestrian friendly with crosswalks being few and far between, but the sidewalks are generally very nice. Current Resident: I just moved to Cu Canyon, I love it! I moved here from Flower Mound Wellington it is so amazing to have the room for a proper garden and grass it is easily 3-7 degrees cooler in the summer when you are not surround by concrete. A big gray Owl showed up on my back fence. It a place that understands that Texas nature is amazing and you don't need to bulldoze a forest to make a parking lot. Everyone is super nice the Sherif deputy introduced himself when I moved it. It was like something out that show my grandparents watched with that Mayberry guy. The FiOS is super fast too.... Current Resident: I have lived in Little Elm, Texas since 2005. I have attended elementary, middle, and high school in Little Elm and I have to say that the education was average. It was definitely better than DISD. When I first moved out to Little Elm, there was only a 2 lane road and now it has grown to a 6 lane road. There was nothing but grass and now the entire city has been covered with neighborhoods and retail stores. Property in Little Elm is not as expensive as our neighboring city Frisco. Current Resident: Denton is a pretty nice city! It's got some cute perks that draw people to it, like the square and certain events we have going on during the year. There are a ton of residents who feel that the community here is close-knit and very involved and I'd say that's true, especially when you look at community events, local politics, etc. The colleges here make the city pretty diverse in demographics, so you'll meet all sorts of people. There's nice parks in the city to spend time in and you're also not too far from Dallas or lake Lewisville. The construction in Denton seems constant, but the population keeps growing so, I think that's just something we'll have to deal with, but Denton has some nice and quiet neighborhoods, especially to the north.... Current Resident: I love Krugerville. Its a really nice small town. I have lived here since I was seven. It really fun because all the houses are not super close together so me and my sisters grew up being able to ride go-carts and stuff in the back yard. We even had a zip line. However there are some down sides too Krugerville. One being the lack of options. There is literally nothing to do here. There are like two places to eat and there's not even a grocery store. Also another down side is the fact that all my friends live 30 minutes away because I go to school in Frisco. Although this is not Krugerville's fault so I still give it a 4/5. Highly recommend!...
