Current Resident: Chippewa Township is a great place to live! Small town with a small town feel while still having access to great restaurants, big-chain retail shopping and mom and pop shops. The community regularly comes together to help others through fundraisers, parades, and comradery. A person can feel safe living in Chippewa Township with a low crime rate and a plentiful police force. It can be difficult to find homes for sale as it is a highly desired area to raise a family in the coveted school district. However, if you do find a home, you will find the cost to be reasonable. Current Resident: Monaca is a great area for me to live while I am attending college. I go to the Community College of Beaver County, which is very affordable compared to most colleges. It is also conveniently located for me. I rent an apartment at a very fair price that is less than five minutes to campus and therefore have a short commute. It is also close to work for me as it only takes ten minutes to get there. Any stores, gas stations restaurants, etc. you could need are within a fifteen minute drive.
