Fire house in the neighborhood, affordable housing, a quiet, quaint neighborhood, good neighbors who watch out for each other and take pride in their homes, easy access to bus stops. A drop down the hill in any given direction: close to parks (community park-walking distance, Highland Park , Frick Park, Schenley Park,) short distance to bike trails, food shopping choices (East Liberty, Shadyside, Lawrenceville, etc.,) night life (East Liberty, Lawrenceville, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Downtown) Children's hospital, Oakland has many hospital choices, Universities (CMU, University of Pittsburgh, Carlow, etc.) Museums everywhere surrounding and The Arts, children's programming, Magnet Performing Arts Public School, churches, on and on. Perfect for 1st time home owner's, young professionals, families, be creative. Come for a look, I assure you - you will love the area.
