Current Resident: We have lived all over (San Diego, DC, Chicago, Dallas, San Antonio, Jacksonville). The Woodlands is great, especially if you have a family. Great schools. Good people. Very safe! Clean. The Woodlands and its various villages are spread out in both Montgomery County and Harris County. The newest homes are in Creekside/Harris County and they range from $350K to $1.3+ million. Creekside is associated with Tomball ISD, which is a solid school system and less Beverly Hills 90210 and without the mega 1,500 student high school senior class that you see in Conroe ISD/older sections of The Woodlands. There are mega rich sections of The Woodlands in Montgomery Co. near Hughes Landing, but several older sections too with average, but aging housing. Montgomery Co. courts are MUCH tougher on criminals than Harris County and criminals know that, BUT Constable Precinct 4 has the paid contract to patrol Creekside so the police service is outstanding and dedicated to patrolling the area.

Current Resident: Houston is absolutely amazing, every day is a new possibility here. There is a new adventure awaiting at every corner. There is beautiful, Instagram-worthy, graffiti walls and beautiful sculptures. The "be someone" sign is a great representation of what life is like in Houston, people are so incredibly hardworking and so determined. It is an amazingly large city with tons and tons of diversity. You get to experience lots of different cultures in just one city! And, just like there is diversity, there is an amazing community. Everyone here is so welcoming, you will get the full southern hospitality experience. The food is absolutely amazing and the service is just as great. People here are so united and will not hesitate to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. After Hurricane Harvey, many of those who were not affected as badly as others, lent a hand with cleaning. Additionally, there were tons of donations made in order to help those who were affected. Houston is an incredible city.
