Health care is easily accessible in this community. We have a top-rated hospital located 5 minutes from most residents. We also have local pharmacies and great dentist located here. I often see my neighbors exercising in the morning by running and or jogging. We also have a gym that is locate about 10 minutes from most residents and several other recreational centers.
Can be incredibly hot, otherwise it's fine.
