Saw Creek Reviews
We've owned a home in Saw Creek for 12+ years and it's a great place to get a break from the big city. A family can experience quiet, fresh air, starry night skies and wildlife without going full-on rural. The community association is always making improvements to amenities and services. There are year-round activities and opportunities to volunteer and participate in various initiatives. Unfortunately, we bought our home at a price it may not return to for a very long time (before the housing market bust), but that means there are a lot of housing bargains to be had, especially if one is willing to invest in a fixer upper.
Saw Creek Estates is a wonderful place to live. Great value ! The best amenities in the Poconos by far. They are very well kept and attended to. The residents here are very friendly which creates a great sense of community. There is plenty to do inside and outside the gates in this beautiful area. We are so happy we found a home away from home here.
Living in the Pocono mountains has it's up and downs, but overall experince is a great place to raise a family. This place is differently for those that enjoy the outdoors. Edcation is at its highest.
