The community I live in is very sacred to me. I’m so thankful to live in such a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by kind people. Something I admire about my community is the triangle park inside my neighborhood. From a distance the park can be seen merely as a simplistic small triangular shaped park with a gazebo in the center. However, this park allows for individuals to become interconnected and bond with one another. Many different small bands during the summer play in the gazebo where people can listen to music and eat. I thoroughly enjoy this activity because it allows me to relax and mingle with those around my community. Something I would change however in my community is the number of activities that are hosted. I live in a very small community so there aren’t many festivities that occur. More fun social gatherings would be a great way for others in the community to socialize and get to know one another.
The people are kind, friendly, and caring. It feels like a much better atmosphere than larger metropolitan cities. The community even bought back their YMCA to prevent it from being shut down.
It’s nice a quiet. Everyone minds their own business and keeps to themselves. Beautiful view with the Milwaukee river running through the town.
