Nice little unincorporated neighborhood. I wish there were more sidewalks though, and there are a lot of dead end streets. Fairly quiet and very good public schools.

The town is great! It has a small town feel without being to cut off from busier areas. I would like to see more businesses brought to the area.
The area is generally pretty good. There have been a lot of compliments at events, especially sporting, that our fans and citizens are the least obnoxious and don't start riots. There's a lot to do, but everything good costs money and the great stuff is expensive. I've lived in the same place my entire life so I can't really compare it to other places.
