Sandy is small town full that has everything you need. There are farming areas, schools, and the smallest downtown you will ever see. It takes 5 seconds to drive through downtown sandy, literally. I love my town for easy access to all of your necessities. The store, bank, and your friends are all within 10 minutes of your home.

In my opinion, the location of this town is a bit too far for my likings. However, I do appreciate the environment around and all the greens that the city is keeping. I do appreciate that the town is growing and more establishments are getting build.
I love that sandy is a small town that offers city, and rural lifestyles. Everyone in town knows each other, and it's a very safe location for living. The downside is that Sandy is a pass through town to get to the mountain, or to other cities, making it rare to experience light traffic.
