Sandpoint has a small town atmosphere yet is also alive with a plethora of opportunities. With a farmers market, theater, art studios, and many community events, Sandpoint residents are never left bored. I love showing friends where I live because of it's quaint down-town shops, the welcoming neighborhoods, and the breathtaking views. A walking town, Sandpoint offers the perfect arena to relax with friends. Also noteworthy is Sandpoint's various incredible restaurants. Sandpoint ought to be rated "number 1" in best cities of the U.S.A.

How awesome is it that I get to live where many people chose to vacation! I have never traveled to another town with so many activities in close proximity, whether you want to go to the lake or up to the mountain, Sandpoint has it all! Not only does my hometown have extreme beauty, but the vibe and community I have here is unmatchable. No where I have been has compared to the unbreakable friendships and bonds I have made here. I am beyond blessed, this is unquestionable the place I want to raise my kids someday!
This small town has very independent atmosphere. The citizens are not connected to each other and the overall feeling of the town is isolation. The tourists provide most of the towns revenue, in the winter Sandpoint is dead. Very beautiful outdoors and access to nature makes it worth living in the poor community aspect.
