San Luis Obispo Reviews

I moved from Missouri to San Luis Obispo a little over 3 years ago - the best decision I have made in my life! I fell in love with this adorable, little town snuggled between beautiful mountains and hills that look as if you have teleported to Ireland. The beach is conveniently 15 minutes away! Downtown San Luis Obispo has a strip of locally owned restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. My favorite place is a couple blocks from downtown called Libertine, which specializes in sour beers.
Review San Luis Obispo
San Luis Obispo is one of the best places you can ever imagine! Although it can get pretty expensive to live its by far worth it! The Community college I attended "Cuesta College" is a great school with a staff that wants to help you further your education. The city itself has so much to offer with so many hikes around and it's downtown has plenty of restaurants and stores for you to explore. It's about a 10-15min drive to the beach ( Pismo beach, Shell beach, and Avila beach). The weather is always beautiful and consistent its always around the low 70's to the high 80's fahrenheit. Cal poly is also located in San Luis Obispo and it's known to be one of the top California State Colleges around. If i could do it all over again i would definitely live here without a question!
I would honestly say it not bad at all! If your living close to the college neighborhoods i would say don't live there because you're most likely going to be dealing with a lot of noise and be seeing drunk college kids on the weekends. But it's not bad its just preference. The Police are very alert and take control of the situation quick! Also it depends on the college students not all students are disrespectful and uncaring renters. I had older neighbors and we got along great they would even come over to hang out with us! You literally don't have much to worry about here.
