I have loved living in Salem. It is a very close community full of kind-hearted people of all social status. We are mainly an LDS community, and so the majority of the residents live the same standards as the next person, which makes it a very safe environment to raise a child! I've lived here my whole life, and I have always loved it.

The atmosphere here in Salem is great! I grew up in a town that I thought was fairly small. But I absolutely love it here so much more. It doesn't have a lot of businesses or restaurants and so there is not a lot of traffic. We would definitely recommend anyone who enjoys the small town feel, to move here! My husband and I hope to one day buy a house here or somewhere close by. I see this area doing great things with their communities. They have a big focus on family and I love that and think its a perfect place to raise a family!
I loved living is Salem because I love the small town feel. Granted, it is getting much bigger but it definitely isn't a "big city" and I love it! In Salem you see tractors driving down the street and kids can walk home from school with no fears. I know almost everyone and if don't know them some one in my family probably does. Salem is a GREAT place to live!
