Roswell is a very young family-friendly suburb located just north of Atlanta, Georgia. Some of my personal favorite things to do in Roswell include: Taking hikes at the Roswell Mill, mountain biking at Big Creek greenway, tubing down the Chattahoochee River, eating at any of the amazing restaurants in downtown Roswell (Roux, a southern cajun style, is a personal favorite), or visiting any of the brewery/craft beer restaurants in downtown Roswell during "Alive after 5". I have no negative comments to make towards Roswell, it a great city! If you love the suburbs then Roswell is meant for you.

I have lived in many other cities around Atlanta and I think Roswell is the best! It has a wonderful small town feel in a largely urban area. There are beautiful parks, restaurants and stores to visit. The town also hosts many events such as beer festivals, art festivals, free concerts, block parties on Canton St. during the summer months (Alive after five), and many other wonderful community activities. It also has a fantastic recreational center! My daughter has taken gymnastics, dance and sports classes at very low cost in wonderful up to date parks and gyms. The school systems are great and the teachers are actively involved with their students. It's a lovely place to live.
I like how Roswell has that old time vibe. It's scenery makes the entire place seem very special and it makes you really want to explore! There are a lot of places that are hiring, so it makes it easy to get a job here. Nothing is extremely expensive, and has a good price for everything. The schools have an excellent way to teach and get students excited for school and to plan for college, but the students don't really accept it, and misbehave. Roswell High School is a great high school, has great teachers, but the freshmen misbehave a lot.
