Rossmoor was a great town to grow up in. Great schools for all ages. One of the lowest crime rates in orange county. Rossmoor is also the most family friendly neighborhood I've ever been to. Although the cost of living is expensive, it is well worth it.
The area that I'm currently living is an area where retiree's live. Many older people live in the area so It's really quiet around here. The best part of the area is that everything is around here, because stores like Target, Ralph's, Sprouts, and more.
