I like the convenience of the location being close to highway 50 and Downtown Sacramento. However, the area needs some TLC. This is a more affordable place to live , but with that comes more crime here. Mail and package thefts as well as car break ins.

It's a quite neighborhood close to public transportation and the local high school is alright. I've lived here since I was 12, and have never seen anything crazy. A lot of families live here and the neighborhood had okay schools. A lot of people with dogs and a local dog park.
I wish there were more events to participate in like food markets, flee markets, and fairs. There is also not much to do and places to go. I wish there were more malls, new and trendy food places, and escape rooms.
