The businesses in Brookville are okay. There is a lot of mom-and-pop stores here, but some of the bigger stores are starting to come into play. A lot of the old mom-and-pop stores that my family have grown to love over the years are starting to go out of business. The main reason for this is because of some of the bigger stores that are coming into town. In all honesty you can't get everything you need in this town, but there are a few towns close by that we can go to.

The businesses around here are mainly family owned businesses. The only businesses that are not family owned are the fast food restaurants and gas stations, like Get go and Sheetz.
In this area, there are quite a few jobs that do not require higher education which is great for people who do not want or unable to further their education.
