Family friendly in Ronkonkoma! There are many activities and events that one can find around here. The schools are also greatly dedicated to an outstanding education. There is a website that I visit constantly to find the local events around here. I go on events.longisland.com to find events that are occuring each day. I specifically look for exciting events that are occuring in Ronkonkoma, NY. The restaurants around here are convenient and classy. The food is exquisite. Of course, there are plenty of pizzerias around here. This is fine with me because pizza is a favorite food of mine. I recommend a visit to this town.

Like most other places on Long Island, Ronkonkoma suffers from high cost of living, small job and real estate market. The school district and library is better than others and the town seems safe. Commute time is not great, and the town is not very walkable aside from the downtown part. Thankfully it is in the middle of the island, so it is close to the LIE.
During my 10th grade in high school I moved to start a new journey in Ronkonkoma. I transferred school, I met new people and but mot importantly its were my mom and stepdad bought their first house together. My first impression was the environment. Looking around it was a nice, quiet, clean and brought so much attention to my family and I. Moreover, Ronkonkoma could use more diversity, more people to see what a great town it is.
