Working in Riverside
Riverside is a small suburb of Dayton, Ohio with easy access to major highways I70 and I75. This makes it convenient to travel to major cities like Columbus and Cincinnati within one hour. Riverside is also home to Wright Patterson Air Force Base including the National Air Force Museum. What I would love to see changed is for community leaders to focus on attracting businesses to our area. There are several areas where businesses have unfortunately had to close. They need to find occupants for theses spaces.
Really affordable to live there with plenty of decent apartment complexes but any houses look run down. There are plenty of fast food options but not much else. Almost every road is covered in potholes. Get used to loud sounds coming from the air force base, the sounds are all day every day.
The area that i lived in was nice. People were friendly and everyone knew each other. The apartments we stayed in were very nice and homes in the surrounding area were nice as well. Eveyone had their own space and it wasn't too clustered. I probably would not live there again as there isn't a whole lot to do, however there is a possiblity that i would move to a surrounding area.
