My family bout a home in the River Glenn subdivision 14 yrs ago for $144,000, we sold that home in 2018 for $294,900. Riverdale/South Ogden is full different shops and tons of dining options. There is multiple driving routes from back roads like Parker Dr. and quick access to I-15. There is a golf course along with biking/walking way along the Weber river. I love living in Riverdale, plus property taxes seem cheaper than surrounding area’s.
Riverdale has a lot of shops and stores very close to apartment buildings and residential areas. Lots of places to go for entertainment, including theaters, shopping malls, and small pubs/clubs. Friendly people all around. Not the cleanest streets or sidewalks, but there's worse.
