This is a small, LDS predominant, town. Apple Days occurs every year right at the beginning fall, and it's just far enough away from the city to be enjoyable, but definitely not far. Overall, great, especially for families. Very safe town.

River heights is a great little city in Utah it has a lot of trees and is beautiful in the fall time. It has a mix of older couples and newer ones with kids and our diversity isn't very much but if you ask you can find people from all over or who have been and seen many places. It's a very safe place to live.
The housing quality is generally very good. There are not many vacant or abandoned properties. The utilities are usually pretty reasonable if you don't overuse them. If the electricity ever goes out though, it takes several hours to get fixed usually.
