This is the cleanest, most friendly town you will ever step foot in. The main street feels like you are in a Hallmark Christmas movie. Downtown has everything from food to boutiques to fit anyone's desires. If you want to live in the best town for your kids, definitely consider Ripon as the clean parks, the fabulous school district, and the supportive community members will help your family live the life of your dreams.
Ripon is a nice town with lots of opportunities, however, a lot of people here are very stuck up and can be quite snooty. The town is very small and has only about 7,000 citizens. Because of this, everyone knows everyone. There's not a lot of privacy. But also because of the size, theres also lots of chances to make friends and gain connections with people. The college is nice, but I hear more about the parties than I do about the actual schooling. I've only lived in Ripon for four years, so I don't love it quite as much as the people that have lived here their whole lives. I don't hate the town, and I don't adore it either. It's just okay.
Being in high school, it's an alright town. There isn't a whole lot to do, but if you're looking for a small town it's a pretty good place to be.
