Rio Del Mar is a small town with a strong sense of community. Everybody knows everybody, and the town is quiet with fantastic neighbors. There is a range of things to do, such as surfing at the beach, shopping at the mall, or going hiking in the redwoods. At Rio Del Mar there is a hobby for everyone, and you will never get bored. Located in Santa Cruz County, there are big events such as the Arts and Wine Festival, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and the Wharf to Wharf race. This town is perfect to start a family, or even just to enjoy life on your own.
Aptos is a wonderful, tight-knit, earth-conscious, community-loving neighborhood. The locals look out for each other, and always have a smile ready. I love where I live, and wish I could stay here forever.
