I am a current resident of Ridgeville and I would say that I'm not all together happy with the area. Its a commute to get much of anywhere from here. My public school choice isn't a very good school and is thirty minutes away from home. The closest grocery store, restaurant, or movie theater are all at least thirty minutes away, if not more. So jobs in the area are sparse except for a couple low paying but hard work expecting employers. Volvo has recently started construction quite literally in my back yard which is a bit of a hassle now but later on will pay off. Ridgeville will be more urbanized soon.

I like my small town, rural community. However, the town could use some upgrades. The park needs some tender-loving care, but the residents are great. The community is welcoming and always willing to help a neighbor in need.
Ridgeville is in the middle of nowhere. There is not even a stop light. There is a very little to do in Ridgeville but it has some charming places. Dukes BBQ is one of the best places to eat but only open a couple days a week. There is no real grocery store and you must travel atleast 30 minutes to the nearest town for what you need.
