I love how everyone here get's along as a black suburban community, job opportunities are always in demand, there are many festivities held within my community, parks, churches, awesome schools for both middle and elementary with more than 2 options to choose from, very minimum to non violence, local stores, restaurants, and a gym. And most of all me I live here and I'm going to school to better my community amd further more better the world. I love it here.
The area in the past has had problems with robberies and violence, but has since improved. Schools are well rounded and resourceful, but would like to see improvements on youth resources outside of schools (i.e library, addition of recreational center, etc). Homes vary in value, and I feel are expensive for the area, but the property itself can be worth it. There is a hospital and fire station on the same street. The area is pretty diverse, but has a higher amount count of Hispanics and African Americans.
Mostly quiet, mostly clean. Not a gated community but people keep to themselves, cut their grass and there's usually no noise pollution.
