Richmond is a small, nice, old fashioned town. It is very tame, which makes it the perfect place to raise a family. However, there is nearly nothing to do if you are a teenager here. Plus, having to go far from town to reach other places can be really inconvenient.

I moved to Richmond when I was 12 years old and lived up in the mountains. I always enjoyed feeling like I was far from everything but still could get to places within a half hour or so. There is a great restaurant in town and there used to be a grocery store as well, now there is the gas station so you can get the basics that you need.
This is an older area so naturally there are some older homes. These homes are for the most part well kept. There are some newer homes, but usually people come out here to build a home so there aren't a lot of empty ones. There aren't really any best/worst areas. Even the main street isn't bad to live on.
