A beautiful town so close knit that your neighbors become your family! Everyone looks out for one another. Extremely safe, friendly happy community! The taxes are higher but so worth it!
Great school district, however my daughter states there can be clicks, like anywhere else, people thinking they are better than others.
I find homeowners seem to be a lot of working parents, 2 parent income to live in this beautiful community. Hard-working families.
The area is pretty and close to so much culture. Tyler state park, Newtown Boro, New Hope, Doylestown,a lot of shopping, antique stores, some great restaurants, local restaurants, Dominic‘s original Pizza is awesome. Police Department quick to respond, as far as I know physical crime is very low, probably the biggest thing would be Thefts in unlocked cars. Plenty of religious entities, churches and synagogues. Taxes well worth the school district, a little bit high in some areas however not as high as Neshaminy school district. Not overcrowded, in fact no apartment buildings that I am aware of people who rent usually rent condos or houses.

I love living in Richboro! It is a very nice location that allows me to access both New York City, Philadelphia, and the Jersey shore within a few hours!
