Rexburg is a little college town almost in the middle of nowhere, but it has plenty of charm! Main Street, Center Street, 2nd South, and College Ave have an old town feel to them, with lots of cute little shops to peek in at. Food trucks dot 2nd East, along with some fancier restaurants. There IS a Wal-mart, thankfully, and a few other grocery stores. There are two parks near Main Street, and in the summer they are full of hammocks. There are always things going on at the college, Brigham Young University. The area around the college is packed with students and housing, but there is a substantial residential area beyond that. Outside the city there is a camping/swimming recreational area called Beaver Dick Park, and some fun sand dunes further north. It's a very safe and friendly community, with lots to do if you look hard enough!

Rexburg is a lot of fun! Nice people and lots of good places to eat. It's kind of a small college town but there is a lot to do when you look around. There are a lot of yummy restaurants and food trucks to stop by and try. Everyone is super nice and more than willing to help in whatever way they can. If you one that isn't for the city, this place is nice. It's 30 minutes from Idaho Falls and far enough to be out of the city.
Rexburg is very family friendly. It is a town that centers around BYU-Idaho, but also agriculture with many farms, including small family farms, potato fields, and horses. The college and high school provide quality plays and concerts and there are frequent rodeos. It is very safe with few crimes and no violent crimes. The new high school is large with a huge fine arts auditorium and new sports fields. Education is average, although the high school does offer numerous AP and concurrent enrollment courses, and some amazing teachers. Rexburg generally has long, cold, snowy winters but mild summers. Rexburg has access to many outdoor activities, including sand dunes, hunting, fishing, hiking, and Yellowstone National Park. There are two grocery stores and a Super Walmart just outside of town. If you are looking for more cultural refinement or diversity, you may have to drive to Idaho Falls, but overall Rexburg is a very nice place to live.
