I plan on leaving this area when I go to college, but I know I will be back here to raise my kids, because this is an area that I want my kids to grow up in. It's the perfect mix between small community and big city. We have all the resources of a big city but have the living of a small town. Everyone seems to know one another, and has family here. The schools are improving for the most part, and the town continues to grow.

There is a large housing market in this area. Many old houses are for sale as well as new house. Most houses tend to be in great shape and or have had many upgrades done. There are a ton of ranges in price for house. There are ranch houses, to apartments, to mansions. There is a house for everyone here.
This area is a wonderful area to live in. The climate is mild and we see the sun most days. The mountains are close for hiking and skiing or if you are a hunter there are many areas close by to hunt deer or elk. The people in the area are so friendly. I grew up here and it is great to come back and raise my toddlers here. We are enjoying walks and the parks in the area.
