I love how it is quite and safe. I do not have to worry about too much. Its a very nice neighborhood and I have some good neighbors as well! it is overall a very nice place to live. When I wake up in the morning, I see a nice clean neighborhood. One thing that is a little unsatisfactory is that many places close early, so a great deal of things are not 24 hours. Which becomes difficult when people have families. Also, the school system in south Redford is not all that good either, they have a ridiculous and unsatisfactory special education program. In which many students are not getting the proper tools to aid them in thriving in their educations. I find that to be the worst part seeing as how my younger brother is in special education. Overall, I find that the neighborhood itself is really nice. Nothing is perfect and everything and everyone has room for improvement.

Redford is a very quite diverse community. The community is very quite and the community officials are very informative. The school system is very structured and multicultural. Small business are all family oriented and cater to the community. Franchises are within the community that provide all access to Walmart, Target, Kroger's, Panera Bread, Outback and various other local companies.
Overall, I'd give this community 3 stars.

Positive: Good school systems, responsive emergency crews, moderate crime rates, and many churches and community centers.

Negative: Rising crime rates, younger generation of residents, no real community, no public transportation, lacks quality parks, not very clean, and lowering property values.
