I love my neighborhood but lately its been going down. My family has lived in this area for almost 30 years and we're just now seeing a lot a violence in our streets. We will be moving in these upcoming years.

Many of the homes in our community are occupied by the homeowners. However, rental properties are increasing. There are no abandoned homes in the area, but many of the rental properties do not always maintain their yards. The cost of the homes decreased in past years during the housing crisis, but the costs have increased in the past few years.
There's been some problems with criminals kicking down their front door of homes and stealing from homeowners. However, two criminals kicked in the wrong door and one was shot by the homeowner and the other fled. The police are never around when you need them.
